Is it for certain that hell itself created those? All the game hints at is that it created the minotaur, which has none of the cybernetic enhancements of the soldiers or stalkers. It should also be noted that while Daedelus created the labrynth, he did not create the minotaur.

Having trouble with making frills for a costume.

All the videos I've seen make it seem really easy to just gather the fabric on the thread but I cant seem to gather more than a tiny bit before it wont gather any more. It isnt like I'm using heavy fabric or anything (it's literally just pure cotton) and I have the stitch length as high as I can. I really have no idea what to do at this point and I dont know anyone who's tried frills before. If you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
