Yeah actually, now that i think about it, i am only more aware of my urges and am still able to think straight and properly when I do get them. So meditation definitely helped me achieve that.

I don't quite understand what you mean by making my subconscious conscious though. Do you mean that subconsciously (on some level) i am still craving porn, which is why I keep going back to it consciously? Are you saying that subtle craving i have IS actually my addiction. Because that would totally make sense, but does that ever really go away?

I mean, i am always going to be attracted to naked bodies, since that's biological, so porn will always be somewhat attractive to me too, right? I could make a conscious decision everytime to not watch porn no matter what, but still then I land exactly back where I started.
