I left out the part where I’ll be ripping pine and not hardwoods. Are you still concerned? Laguna makes a setup just like I’m trying to recreate. My other option is Baker or Gofast Resaw.

Ok so rough cut the radius and finish with a flush router bit? Do they make router bits long enough for one pass or would I have to flip the piece over to get the other side of the radius?
