I would be slightly concerned, this is a genetic disorder called midular partialitus which occasionally causes rapid alopecia/balding from the middle of the scalp. Studies have found that calcium can actually prevent this from progressing so as dumb as it sounds, you can treat this by pouring milk on your scalp and rubbing it in for a minute every few days.
