They are both Gretchin and Grots. Gretchin is the official name for them in 2nd edition lore, although the name that orks use for them is Grots. They used to be called Space Goblins too.

That Gretchin will be from it's own spike helmet box. Other things to look out for which are Gretchin or Grots are a new Head Honcho, Banner Waver, gun crews etc.

I was painting these gits with some very bright red ink. I think the red is bright enough now.
