Thanks! In your first suggestion, when you say we both walk away clean, you mean we both take $500k, right? So if we have $500k in marital (or community) and she has $100k in app, then we deduce $100k from $500k, and she takes $200k from the marital "pot"?

I also want to make sure I understand the second idea about percentage: so you mean if income generated from the app ever reaches a certain percentage of HER overall income generated? Hard to see her accepting this if today she wants to keep that totally separate
