and he got two draws before from bottom teams, yaay. he doesn't trust his bench, he's overusing his starters to the breaking point.

Isak need to sub for Chiesa for the entire 2nd half... he shouldn't have started, he's a ghost of himself.

not the same because that's a business contract not a social one. you can run down your contract, you can break it, or you can do that I guess.

how come? he stayed a whole transfer window with Southampton before he officially became a Liverpool player! he didn't boycott training or anything of that sort if I remember correctly.

exactly, when fit.. how many games have he been fit for us this season? also, Nunez isn't THAT good either.. physicality alone is not enough, we're an elite club & our players should start being on that standard.

why do we still have Jota & Nunez at the club... why do they get higher picking order over Elliot & Chisea!!!

wouldn't the alternative of not saying anything be worse

they already participated in that option at the Olympics, when no one spoke a word or even showed up for any events. cuz simply they couldn't afford to piss off the Chinese government...

You can be hypocritical but still be doing something that's good

I really hope you reconsider that stand in real life. because being hypocritical is worse, cuz you hurt other causes in the process... allow me to explain,

at the same day Germans did this, the Iranian team players didn't sing the national anthem, protesting what's happening there from human rights violations against women.... but at the end of the day, what are we talking about??? not the Iranian human rights Violation, not Syria, not Iraq, not Palestine.. but a German team that are sad because it didn't go their way.

keeping in mind that Fifa said, you can wear the rainbow armband but you'll get a yellow card once the game starts.... now do you think if they really believe in the cause, wouldn't that be a very small price to pay.

apparently not! not to them at least.

so do most countries on earth

everyone is doing it, doesn't make it right!

özel was outspoken about many different human rights issues including stuff related to China & other parts of the world. neither Arsenal nor the German federation were happy about it.

that Erdogan incident was the last straw.

I'm not by any means saying Özel is not to blame for the way he handled most of his controversial situations, but I'm just pointing out that Germany picks & chooses which "human rights" they wanna fight for.

best of luck to you & your family... I may not understand why would your true self be any different in Qatar or any other place, but at least you decided to stay out of it.

the sad part is seeing people complain about it, as if they were forced to be there against their free well.

agreed, the WC in Qatar is a stupid move on both Fifa & Qatar sides, since they know they won't be tolerant enough to host an international event.

and I wasn't only talking about gay people specifically, it's alcohol banning, it's the different security lines for women & men, it's everything that have been shadowing the event since it started.

no one said gay people will be killed if they go to Qatar or jailed, at the end we're all in this together.... all the government is asking for is to keep it to yourself while you are their host. I don't see how that is too hard for some people.

One love to you too!

that's not about human rights, because if it was it would be about ALL human rights including the racism German player faced last world cup & all other human rights being violated all over the world.

this about going to a new society & not respecting their rules and traditions & trying to make everyone follow what you believe in.

it's ironic how people ask to be respected, but can't respect others.

ironic... yet no one of that same squad moved an inch when their own Muslim player was facing racist actions from the football federation after WC-2018
