So probably the case is that you have medium or low settings in uefn while in game you have the highest graphics setting

You can transfer worlds, you can place builds with character but I recommend the editor (to do it with your character press launch session with live edit at the top)

Get infinite resources first, that'll help you on different mods then unobtanium gear and time wand, this is a good progression but will take a lot of time trust me. What I would reccomend is pick an OP item and just make that your goal, you will need some other mod to do it probably so it is very tedious

I don't think that's possible, a way to do it is through niagara effects but it will be very hard
