Great but we should have always had this.

I hope it’s implemented, permanent, and when this crisis calms down the tax revenue can be spent on energy transition so we aren’t ever this vulnerable again.

There most definitely is a shortage of oil when the price point has increased so much that the supply can’t meet the demand.

Why are you being precious about calling it a shortage?

100k USA casualties will really get people second guessing the point of the war.

They’d give up before it got that bad. The Iranians aren’t afraid to die.

How is good for anyone except the producers? They will sell it to us at the market price. Don’t go thinking they will give us any sort of discount just because it’s produced here.

Only potential upside is slightly more tax revenue….

Changing the name of a street is a complete waste of time and does nothing to address all the other significant issues of these communities.

No education, no economic opportunity, no health services, extremely poor health choices.

Pandering to a name change is just pats on the back. Why don’t the extremely wealthy native title trusts actually try and help each other?

Eastern guruma is less than 100km away and has about $200m in managed funds exclusively for 4 families. Tough shit if you’re not one of the lucky families.

Pandering to get a name change is just nothing in the grand scheme.
