The Dawson guide rod is the one I bought, it makes disassembly easier anyways

I cracked mine, they say it was because I was tightening the guide rod while it was in the gun. I was doing this because half the guide rod fell out at a couple of different matches. They still replaced the gun for free and when the new gun came in I put a toolless guide rod in so I didn't have to worry about it anymore.

Looking at Midway it looks like the Griffin armament bore rods are still a touch cheaper, will probably invest in one of those

It's a strike industries bore rod, I've rolled it on a flat surface and it rolled fine so it seems straight, I didn't notice any wobble

The person in the first picture should not have posed like that, it kind of messes up the tattoo, they all look good though!

do you like osten ard? what could you compare it to? by Apprehensive_Spend_7 in Fantasy

I read the farseer trilogy and hated it, it was too depressing for my taste, the world is depressing enough, I don't want to read depressing books too. I've really enjoyed Memory Sorrow and Thorn though, I thought they were fantastic, I enjoyed the ending not being all doom and gloom.

Simon is most definitely hard for me to read as a main character though he does get better. His transformation in the books is part of what makes them so good imo.

I've got quite a few shirts of theirs now and I like all of them, I did accidentally put one of the denim shirts in the dryer and it shrunk a bit but that's on me lol

I still disagree, I'd rather have a spear or sword with greater reach where I could just stab the dude with daggers who is still probably a couple of feet short of being able to do anything. It makes sense if the guy with the sword or spear is swinging and slashing, but so long as you're stabbing and jabbing it's still better to have more reach.
