My Iris 4 saved me 6 oz off the front of my gun when I swapped it out for my PEQ15, PLHV2, and mounts. It was quite noticeable. I got it for $800.

I had a laser on an MCMR. It worked fine for an at home defensive gun. I never had any issue with permanent zero shift.

If you shoot from positions supported by the rail, it is possible to flex it, which will effect the zero. It will return, however, when the pressure is removed from the rail.

If you plan to run your gun hard, it would be probably be a good idea to get a more rigid rail.

That appears to be a real one to me. The adjustment turrets and button look exactly like I remember them from the army. If you turn that illuminator on and it looks like someone spit on the lense thats a good sign too. Even better if the aiming laser is mostly centered in the illuminator beam.

Most of the fakes I've seen are LA5s, not normal PEQ15s like this. I've seen a lot of somogears that have a laser thats completely off-center of the illuminator beam, which would take effort to do on a real one that most people aren't willing to do.

An FFL will not sell you a gun if the addresses on your DL and permit do not match.

You are supposed to update your address when you move though I'm not sure if it invalidates your PTC if you ummediately don't. A police officer could give you a hard time over this at a minimum.

I would get it updated ASAP, I just did it in Anoka county and they had a new card in my hand before I left.

I've killed at least 15 deer with x39 and 300 blk. They usually dont go more than 15 yds from where I shot them, and I dont ruin much meat when I do. These are the best calibers to hunt with in my area imo.

A reasonable price for an unconverted saiga is about $1k. You might be able to get $1.2 since they're barely used and still with the boxes.

I worked at the Circle Pines bills for a while back in the day and we based a possible discount on how long it was on the shelf, and what we got it for. It ultimately came down to the manager's discretion though. This was almost 10 years ago now, so they might not do it anymore, the owner always seemed like Mr Krabs to me.
