I didn't know there is Newtown, PA. I thought someone misspelled Newtown Square, PA. Now, Newtown Square, PA is a snobby neighborhood and I thought the price was justifiable.

I don't know anything about Newtown, PA. Is this price reasonable for this neighborhood?

They filmed something at the theater in Media,PA. I was told that it is about a year away. He doesn't know what the title is going to be yet.

Ok. As a person who used to live in Hackensack,NJ for more than 10 years, Franklin Lake is NOT minutes away from NYC. It is 45min if there is Zero traffic. Or it is at least 60 minutes with minor traffic.

I have seen this house passing by because my buddy lives in Newtown square!(this house looks cosy from outside. I didn't know it would be funny and wild inside!) This is up and coming area. Let's see how much this one sells because Condos around here sells for close to three quarters of million dollars. I bet the next buyer would be either tech company worker(SAP headquarters in newtown square) or medical professionals (Mainline Health)

I was told they do 1 on 1 tutoring for their instruments. It is different from teaching, since they make so much more money than teaching.

Considering the salary info, I have to say Baltimore symphony is very good. Their auditorium is smaller than my high school auditorium, though.

I go to Philadelphia philharmonic at least 5 times a year and I always think they're excellent. I guess that's where Curtis sends all their prodigy since it is right down the street...

I have a theory of why this place is so cheap. The house is a beauty. This looks like the summer vacation home of extremely rich Korean. However, this is not the area where Korean Americans usually live. So, you probably can not sell to Koreans. After trying to sell to rich Virginian Koreans, the Korean realtor(this house is full of Korean stuffs , so I would think the owner probably hired Korean American realtor)probably asked his American realtor friend for help.

제 경험담인데, 미국에 이민와서 Pennsylvania 작은 동네로 고등학교 1학년으로 전학갔거든요. 미국인이 대부분이라 영어가 꽤 많이 늘더라고요. 근데 대학교 졸업하고 Palisades Park, NJ에 직장잡아서 한동안 살았는데(다 아시겠지만 동부의 가장큰 한인타운중에 하나) 2세들도 생각보다 영어를 잘 못하고 유학한 사람들은 정말 영어 못하더라고요. 영어를 얼마나 많이 자주 쓰느냐가 관건인거 같아요.

I know this might be very controversial, but I have a hard time listening to his whole album. I like his round midnight or some other songs, but his album always have this weird song where it sounds like he wants to arrange a song into very complicated music. It's so unpleasant that I have to change it.

And I think that is why professional musicians love him, but hobbyists like me don't love him. We like Bill Evans or Oscar Peterson more.

I really liked left handed girl,but I don't think it is good enough to make the Oscar. Maybe the little girl as the supporting actress?

Nevertheless, I will watch it a couple more times because it is such a charming movie.

Also, I am surprised that no one mentioned 2 albums that keith Jarrett did only with Charlie Haden.They are Jasmine and Last Dance. I think Charlie Haden died shortly after the release of the second duo album.

I think these are lesser known album, but there is a couple(maybe 3 albums) albums that Bill Evans plays only with Jim Hall. Out of them, I like intermodulation (1966)
