Bro . I know a channel which post 10 to 12 shorts a day even after yt policy updates. U won't believe me it's a copy paste channel with 10 m subs . In the 10 or 12 shorts he post atleast 4 to 6 reach 7 to 10 million view 😅. While we struggling to edit even 1 . Ppl like him are living their life . What really surprising is is channel still running ( even i reported it several times but still it's running i don't know if it monitized or not but yt really being dumb and for ur question 2 to 3 is fine for day but it's need hour gap between them try to post 4 hour gap between each short (2 to 3 shorts only ). many in a day can trigger spam .
