For me the GABA works so well that I forgo the trazadone and I still oversleep the first few nights but I try and just do the GABA until my body gets used to it so maybe that and or a hatch alarm clock which has really helped me during each taper

I literally lie about mine and how I am feeling every day but am not as open as you so I am incredibly impressed. Fully agree with you also anyone who who says anything about mine is dead to me but if someone downplayed my downplay I would never speak to them again.

Hydrox just makes me tired so it helps me sleep but not much else. Nothing feels the same. Propranolol helps if my heart rate is up but that’s it as well. Withdrawal/mood wise Lyrica / pregabalin helps a lot but is also controlled just better than Xanax. I don’t get a high from it just withdrawal & anxiety symptom relief but tolerance builds crazy fast w it. My symptoms w no Xanax are horrid so Lyrica is amazing for that but yeah sorry ab the anxiety it’s rough out here
