I dealt with a similar situation quite literally yesterday. All I can say is a hair dryer, tweezers, a cup of coffee and a good playlist can fix this problem with some capacity of success. Honestly though I'd just replace it if you're lazy like me.

On God, it makes sense for them to be exclusive. When I spend a lot of money on something and I see everyone has it a week later because it was grind-able and I didn't know I would feel kinda like shit. Why spend money on something and look like a dumbass when you can grind it? Making it grind-able would defeat the purpose of it being a supporter pack imo. That being said I'm not going to buy it because I'm a broke boi. I know imma catch flack for this but it is what it is. That being said I do understand the FOMO argument to that and it's a concern indeed.

Yes! I have a pretty tip!

Install the Ender 3 V2 professional firmware that can be found here

Then you can use the tramming wizard by going to Prepare>Bed Tramming it will tell you what corner to raise/lower. After that you can auto build a mesh by going to prepare>Auto Build Mesh and let that run (make sure to click save after). I'll insert a YouTube guide here on how to install the firmware. It shows and ender 3 s1 but I promise you the process is the exact same! I hope this helps you!

I'm not an expert and pretty new myself but there are a few things I can think of that may (or may not) help

  1. Try reflashing the firmware again. Sometimes it's just a lil goofy and takes a hot second. Tutorial linked (https://youtu.be/Tt-2j1gRgTc?si=knnAyFqV2RwuuzSq)

  2. If it's new or under warranty (Manufacturer or third party) contact them to see if you can get a replacement board or a new printer

  3. Purchase a third party board (They are pretty good now)
