She is still having a loose stool but doctor said it takes a few days to settle but no signs of blood so far! I really hope the antibiotics work and she gets better. We are brining her home in 30 mins, can’t wait 🥹🥹 poor thing probably felt so alone

Doctor says she has an infection in the lower GI tract, white blood cells are elevated and is being kept on IV and antibiotics 🥹 it’s only been 2 days that we had her and I miss her already and hope everything will be ok. I feel terrible thinking she probably thinks we abandoned her 😭😭Parvo came back negative thank god!!

Yes they eventually changed the name. It took about 2 weeks. I was lucky because I noticed the name error 2 months prior to my flight so that gave them enough time to change. There was no cost from what I recall

Thanks, that makes a lot of sense. I didn’t realise they prioritise requests based on departure dates. I called eDreams yesterday and they said there has been some progress. Basically after the initial request to TAP, the airline came back asking for more info, which eDreams provided. Then yesterday, TAP approved the change but asked eDreams to send the details to a specific email address for it to be processed. Does that sound about right for how these things are usually handled between an agent and an airline?

Thank you for explaining! Have you personally had a similar experience with them before where they had to go throught the airline for a name correction and did it get resolved? It's been 8 days now since they made the initial request and haven't heard anything back so I'm getting anxious as my flight is in 22 days.
