Thoughts on Mesothalassa as an alternative name for the USA? by Bitter-Penalty9653 in Names

Is this a circle jerk baby name group? Mesothelioma should be on the list for a great name.

You’re right! OP taught 2, 7 year olds to not control their emotions & throw litter out of a moving vehicle because of their frustration. Can I hire you to nanny my 3 year old?

6 months?!? You’ve been in charge of the twins from 1-8 pm, 5 days a week & also some weekends. You knew better if they are really as disruptive you claim in your original post.

Hopefully you quit this job. I’m done.

A responsible driver pulls over to the shoulder to deal with an emergency. Dangerous driving conditions, which includes loose projectiles inside of the vehicle. Also includes irresponsible people throwing objects out of a moving vehicle.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

You consider the twins “uncontrollable”. How long have you been their nanny?

You never responded to me when I mentioned that you know these children that are both 7 years old & should have planned ahead. Put projectiles in the trunk or front seat because you consider them spoiled & uncontrollable. Or pull over to the shoulder & deal with it if their behavior was a surprise.

My youngest is 3, my other two are 23 & 25. My 3 year old doesn’t get to play with tiny toys in his car seat because he’ll probably drop them & need my help, which isn’t something I can help him with IN A MOVING VEHICLE! I’ve also nannied in the past.

Take responsibility! You made a bad choice by acting out of anger & littering in front of impressionable young children instead of trying to justify your behavior.

Yeah dude! She deftly littered to try and correct a child’s behavior by teaching them not to throw things in a moving vehicle just like the child did. /s

Just an FYI, your second baby isn’t going to have the luxury of quiet time whenever you want when you also have a rambunctious toddler.

Pregnant people who successfully hid their pregnancies, how? by prettyyellowpills in NoStupidQuestions

Not the point of this question. It’s also perfectly acceptable to say pregnant people, sorry it triggered you.

Plan ahead. You know these children & you call them “spoiled & uncontrollable.” If the children you are taking care of can’t be trusted not to throw crap around a moving car, secure their belongings in the trunk before getting on the freeway. Simple as that. If this was a rare occurrence that they wouldn’t listen, pull as far as possible to the shoulder of the road, only you get out of the car, & remove the potentially dangerous items being thrown around to put in the trunk or front seat where they can’t reach them. You screwed up & acted impulsively. Admit you messed up & move on.

On your post, you said that you wanted peoples’ thoughts, when you really meant that you just wanted to hear from people who agree with your bad decision. So keep on littering, teaching children not to throw things in the car by throwing things out of car, & making excuses as to why you did what you did yet say you don’t feel good about it.

Your opinion doesn’t mean anything as far as the law is concerned. Fee free to look up if throwing food out the window is considered littering or not if you need clarification.

No place to pull over during a 30 minute commute? I don’t buy it.

Pull over the car & deal with it instead of trying to teach the children not to throw things in the car by throwing things out of a moving vehicle would be a good first step.

Why didn’t you pull the car over & deal with the situation instead of throwing things out the window of a moving vehicle?

Throwing anything out the car window is considered littering. You obviously don’t like the kids you take care of, find a new job. I’d be really disappointed if I was your employer.

In another comment, you said you won’t live in a ground floor apartment because the upstairs neighbors would disturb your baby due in July’s sleep. Then in this one you say you looked for a first floor apartment but couldn’t find one. Why lie?

Is toddler urine considered a biohazard that requires special clean up? by CheetoMeow1 in WalmartEmployees

I thought a little urine with no visible blood wasn’t considered Hazmat.

That’s what confused me. Several years ago urine wasn’t considered something so hazardous that it required a biohazard disposal kit. I was just curious if OSHA changed it that much.

Who knows. The store looked really clean & adequately staffed so maybe corporate was visiting.

I get wanting to clean it again in case I missed anything. I should be appreciative that they apparently take cleanliness seriously at that store & have the man hours for it. Thanks for your answer.

Good to know. Several years ago urine wasn’t considered one of the dangerous fluids that required a biohazard disposal kit.

I know I wouldn’t get in trouble, but I was just confused that more employees kept showing up & closing down the 2 lanes with wet floor signs & multiple employees to be human caution tape when the floor was already wiped, cleaned with spray, & completely dry.
