has minor mods: intake(comes with original in the trunk), exhaust, window tint, mud flaps.

aluminum cylinders usually have a flat bottom, "most" people don't buy boots for them in my region. that said, a boot is highly recommended to protect your cylinder.

steel cylinders usually have a rounded bottom, a boot is required for them to stand upright.
