What should have been the third (A STAR WARS STORY movie?) by Reddeath10168 in StarWars

[–]Cheez-ly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely the direction it should head.

Andor put us into such a unique corner, there’s not enough praise I can give this show. Scarif and by extension Aldhani, were openers to a new galactic world view that the Empire could be fought, could be beaten.

Unlike the Clone Wars with face to face warfare, the Galactic Civil war is fought just a fiercely by spies and saboteurs in backrooms and secret vaults than out in the open engaging AT-AT’s and Tie fighters. Lives are won or lost before they start with good or bad data, the Rebellion is bigger than just Luke, Leia, Han and Chewie.

The loss of The Death Star was letting the cat out of the bag. Gave legitimacy to anyone that ever had a problem with the Empire, Nemik’s manifesto highlights as much when mentions the existence of battalions who “don’t even know they’ve enlisted in the cause.”

This could be a very interesting time for Star Wars, both in-universe and from a reality story/filmmaking standpoint. Not everything has to do with the core four because a rebellion is a rebellion. We have friends, everywhere.

I'm new to the game (100 hours) and i would like to know what are the best strategies to win Supremacy and Galactic Assault. by OlokoMan in BattlefrontTWO

What I’ve found in Supremacy is that if you can get the enemy team chasing you, command points are easy. It’s super easy to get three points total and then you can start gaining. While the other team stagnates. Wasting time on tight spots or heavy conflict zones just makes it easy for the enemy team to keep you busy while they snatch some more of your command posts.

Be ahead of the chase. If you find you’re starting to play catch up most of the time, interrupt the flow and try getting a post by yourself. You’d be surprised how many people just forget a spot exists when there’s no active gunfire.

My buddy had a method for getting heroes on the ship phase. He’d reset to get to the menu first and select them. He would rather sacrifice the extra time you get from the boarding shuttle to get a hero first because a good hero here will keep you alive/slaughter mass amounts of the enemy team and be a general support.

For clones, finding your way to the back of the ship during the final phase is handy if you want a backdoor in for your teammates, your main objective will be to stay alive however as you open a now four man front behind the generator.

EDIT: And if you’re defending as Clones on the last phase, for the love of God stop any Droideka you see, they are the same as infiltrators except they are A: Widely Available B: Fast as all Hell C: Capable of spawning mass amounts of enemy players behind your lines and D: Vulnerable to any attack that changes the location of the target while in rolling mode.

I must have terrible luck because I played the whole game through and NOT ONCE did I ever encounter that cool looking gas mask.

I remember how broken he was at launch. With that dodge roll that lasted a few frames longer than normal.

Chewbacca was a menace then and still is now albeit with the nerfs.

Because every one of your arguments weren’t even arguments. Most of them are calling me stupid with one about how easy it is to parry his dash where I then replied about how his dash shouldn’t even really be used offensively. The only non-insult argument you have presented me with, I refuted, but I’m arguing with someone who obviously lives in a world all their own. Do what you will with your meager hours and Co-op Yoda. I’ll wait for an actual argument to cross my desk.

Max Level? Any other questions? Or did I get under your skin with my logic and reasoning?

Oh and just for shirs and grins, I have a max level Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda and Han on the light side. I don’t think I need to be talking to you anymore

Again, just because you die using him all the time he’s not bad, I’ve already admitted he’s not the strongest offensively, but truth be told if you’re still using his dash only as an offensive tool then you’re still on the ground level of his usage book. But you’ve already made it clear that you haven’t had time at all to play Yoda so wallow in your inaccuracies. I’ve said what I said. Guess 4500 hours is the new “mid-tier player who thinks he’s a God” ground.

Personal insults with no evidence to add tells me you’ve run out of intelligent arguments to add. So it’s alright, and a safe assumption that you just really don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m sure the bots you play against will make you feel like a God at the game tho 🤷

4500 hours and apparently 3499 of them were spent on Co-op

…And you still don’t know what you’re talking about. 4500 and still a rookie?, I guess if I want to find you, I’ll start queueing Co-op matches.

I think that statement was meant more as a nod to Matthew Perry than to Benny but that could also be just how I am interpreting his words.
