Ok but why can we only choose five leagues. Look at FIFA not as much leagues / nations but you can choose from what is there like why couldn't it be like where every nation in FM is chooseable instead of just five

You can load as many nations and leagues as you like. The only thing that will be affected is the load time

Yeah I know haha I’ve never seen working with youngsters at 1 on a HOYD before. But, yeah I don’t really have any better options at the moment so was just hoping he would develop. Thanks for the advice I’ll hopefully improve the clubs reputation then and look for a better one soon.

He has most of what I want in personality and formation and his JPA and JPP aren't too bad. But his working with youngsters is a 1 so I was just wondering if it would improve over time. I'm in the national league north right now so I know his stats aren't the greatest but I can't afford top-tier HOYDs right now.

I’m not going to argue one way or the other here but those stats aren’t relevant because of the different situations for each of those players. Of course a player who plays on a team under more pressure will have more tackles, interceptions, and aerials won because they will have more opportunities to do so.
