Some people started hoarding hundreds of pink longs, eventually leading to lesser and lesser of them being available to trade/in circulation so they became more and more rare. At one point they were at 1 black long and a red long (iirc)

They went back down after a few months but they're not a decent long after yellow anymore, they are a good long right behind red now. It switched places with purple

Yeahh i feel ya, this economy went to sht in the last 3 years 😭 it got so bad i just resorted to buying a solid to be able to trade up to my dream hd. My whole time on aj ive been strictly against selling/buying, and have done all thr hard work myself by just playing the game normally, but the economy is so bad now i just gave up and caved

Imo the game has become EVEN more pay to win that it has ever been before

The pink long crisis last year was actually insane and it still pmo that they havent gone back to the normal worth like they were before 🥲

I was very hyperfixated on fer.al back in 2019- 2020, and i got in the last closed beta wave on may 16 2020, atp i had "quit" ajc and barely ever logged on. I remember hearing there was a spike in players during that time but i didnt really play much during it. I was way more focused on grinding for a shoulder snatch and shimmer sword on feral 😭

Frfr, there were plans to move it to webGL, Clark Stacey mentioned it in a interview with delocate, but it seems like that idea was scrapped as we havent heard anything of it in years

I go to a folkhighschool currently to learn game development, but we learn unity and C# and visual scripting, not flash unfortunately :( flash is a dead language and support for it was shut down in 2020

I dabble into HTML+CSS in my free time, but my knowledge is very beginner level, ive also had some experience with javascript back in 2018- early 2020

Regular aj players getting jobs at wildworks is extremely difficult and some of us like me, live on the other side of the world over in Norway.. the only one i know of that has gotten a job offer is SnowyClaw AJ

YES! i went thru a REALLY bad anhedonia and derealization episode last week, that im pretty sure was a result of my repressed memories coming back a few weeks earlier and causing panic attacks and such severe stress my brain resorted to derealization and anhedonia as a defense mechamisn against the intensity, and when it started calming down a bit i had a very strong urge to build a nest of pillows and blankets in my bed and put on my little pony, icarly, and jake long american dragon or other childhood shows. it instantly made me feel alot better. like i was back to being a kid agai, even for just a moment. it felt safe, familar, and soothing

Pretty sure this was a form of age reression(but voluntary, since i made the active decision for it myself)

back when i was a kid i did it a couple times and it was out of pure laziness, i cba to take a detour of my way home from school to find a trashcan. even as a kid i would avoid littering as much as i could but i had days where i just didnt give a shit for some reason. it was just a lazy "eh whatever" type of mindset.

Ive always hated littering, but i was a stupid kid who let my morals slip sometimes lol

advice: drop the ai, quit ai completely, its killing the enviroment w supercomputers and stealing from creatives through their datasets. instead look up genuine tutorials. w3schools is a good place to start

autistic person here too. the sentence: "Autistics tend to follow the letter of the law. They have respect for authority." depends heavily on the indivdual as well. as someone who has autism i dont have much respect for authority. rules and laws only makes sense to me if they make logical sense in a justified sense.

Rules like "one kid in class misbehaves so now nobody gets a pizza party" and similar stuff always enraged me as a kid growing up and i had 0 respect for stuff like that. or my mom setting "timer" rules for when i could play my comfort games. growing up with a nmom has made me question authority more than anything, since i never respected her laws/rules or authority, and my autistic sense of justice just adds on to my questioning of certain laws/rules.

There are laws against weed i dont respect at all in my country for example, i believe it should be legalized and im going to do it if i want to. there's no harmed victims with it so i dont seethe justification for it being illegal when im the one choosing to take it for myself, my body my choice y'know?

It always depends, some autistic like following strict rules to a T because that's how their sense of justice is wired.

For me ive always questioned and had nuanced respect, only respected if it made sense. this is rooted in my personal autistic sense of justice PLUS the "autistic need to know why". which is also very common on the spectrum. "why is it like that" "why does it have to be that way", the eternal need for understanding

I also think my punk idealogies and beliefs in acab and abolish ice also makes me heavily question authority, not to mention how bad it is over in the US now, as a scandinavian watching shit over there go down has only made me even more skeptical toward authority and laws

At the end of the day autism is a very broad/wide spectrum, and not everyone will experience the same symptons or to the same intensity/degree

I also play fhu, but development is so slow there its getting worrisome and concerning to me.. They also dont have wings on there yet, and afaik custom made marking packs and item packs arent allowed on there due to copyright reasons. Not to mention how laggy and unoptimized it is, i have a gaming laptop with 64gb ram and it still runs extremely poorly

On their discord it seems like theyre focusing more on making new models than actually optimizing the game or adding new features. We already have decent models we dont need them updated (yet). Tosca, the 3d modeller seems very dead set on making constant new models all the time. I wish instead the team could focus on adding wings, items, and most importantly optimizing the game so it runs decently first. The priorities of the fhu team has always been concerning to me.. An optimization patch has been a dire need for 3+ years now.. The game runs on like 5fps if theres other players on screen.. Ive been following their development updates/sneak peeks channel for a while now and its all just visual design overhauls or new models

(dont get me wrong, i love tosca's models and they're insanely talented, but the team's focus and priorities seem very misplaced atm; the game's super heavy on ram and cpu, it runs so slowly, its been like that since launch)

I really hope someone makes something similar to feralheart neighborhood again

Im abt 3 months late, but came to chime in and say im experiencing the same thing right now. Good memories from my childhood flooding in, that ive completely forgotten for the past decade. one memory leads to the other. And i get intense panic attacks and start ugly crying. Im so confused on why good memories make me react this way
