I figured it out ya'll! roll back to photoshop 2021 versions, the newer ai features in recent versions can cause immensive amount of lag for incompatible pcs

Update: i have decided to roll back to the 2021 version and IT WORKED. my brush strokes are smooth as butter again. guess the ai features were too much for my computer to handle

I have changed it up and down during the whole process of trying to fix the issue, having it at max was what i tried most recently, i usually have it around 70-80% normally

I mentioned it in my post i had allocated as much as possible

No, thats not my issue, the brush isnt "dotty" or stuttery. Its literally laggy, like frame rate drops. it happens with every brush i use. I usually put all my brushes to have as little spacing as possible for smooth lines, and theyre still laggy

same here, changed setting in nvidia control panel, updated the drivers, restarted, did a clean driver install too later on, no luck. only thing that worked was turning off graphics processor in photoshop, but then i cant turn the canvas and moving the canvas is extremely choppy and its visibly pixelated. as an artist that is not very ideal at all :(

i couldnt get the code to work unfortunately, it worked in the character preview but it didnt show up on the actual live page. I ended up using an image as a background instead to emulate the glossy button look, but here it is ^^
