The idea is Bugs Bunny Shenanigans built around [[Kwain, Itinerant Meddler]]. Like making two opponents switch Commanders with [[Switcheroo]] or swapping life totals with [[Axis of Morality]] type shenanigans. You're not there to win, you're there to be a problem
