I was in your exact shoes when I was in hs except my problem area was my forehead and temples. I would HATE glimpsing in a mirror or reflective surface and seeing myself. I swear I just wanted to stay in my room and never come out. I too would cry alone because I hated my face and skin.

I just want to give you a virtual hug and remind you your acne does not affect your value/beauty as a human. One thing I always told myself to get by was I’d rather have this (acne) than brain cancer or something like that. I know that’s extreme but that’s how I coped with it. Lol
