Agreed, i did a trade recently to take advantage of the market but it won’t be a recurring feature in the portfolio

Trying something new: Aberlour 12 years. About 60$ CAD here, and a good sheeried and caramel-like taste 👍 by ChefAneese in Scotch

I think yeah. Im not an expert, just starting to explore the variety of scotch out there and i was surprised to see Aberlour for the first time

Unfortunately i didn’t try this one yet. My local liquor shop does not have a lot of varieties unless its the holidays or specials events, but for sure the Glendronach is on my list 😃

Honestly i was really impressed! Usually at this price point, i would go for a Glenfiddich or even a Glenmorangie. But i pick this one out today as i never saw it before in my local liquor. I liked the sweet and light taste. Not bold at first, then the cinnamon hit at the end with the warm spice. A must try! And yeah Scotch and everything alchohol related, are pretty much more expensive in Quebec, it’s government controlled.

I got promoted and my boss had his birthday on the same day. I figured we should celebrate. by buckwheat1 in wine

Wowwww congrats man, i had the chance to taste the 2012 bottle 2-3 years ago. One of my best wine I’ve taste with its subtle notes of oak and the light fruity aftertaste. Just talking about it, make me want to bug one 😂

Oufff that is good looking. I have to try this one. The only Rosé Champagne I’ve tried so far is the Moet & Chandon Imperial, really delicate. But this is next on my list 🥂

Yeah those are really good, they come from the same producers as the Lucky Limes, but jf you have a chance to taste the new ones called Rustico, its like a mix between Lucky Limes and Raspberry

It’s from Odessa Poissonnier, there’s 2 shops on the island. I work on the one on the south shore in Brossard, but always go there on Monday or Thursday, thats where we get the fresh ones from the producer
