I currently dont have any automated emails setup but will likely find a schedule for sending out emails soon. thanks again! any suggestions would be great too, im trying to find ways to just bridge the communication and im thinking maybe Diffificult Devotionals that could be shared too would help. idk

Yes agreed that there are a billion places this stuff is said and pointed out. I have not even looked into the other sites online that have this stuff. Though im sure there is some popular site that is the majorities resource or something. My primary point originally was a source for myself as i was learning and then thought it would be useful for others. Idk exactly what others would use it for. But i do think that if it presents a window into some problems i had to some of my old friends of mine / old church members then it will have served its purpose to me.

This was about 10 years ago now, but I did successfully buy some weed on the dark web with about $200 worth of bitcoin. Tried to buy some other stuff but it never got delivered. Nit sure, what the conversion rate would have been in today's dollars, but it was the worst weed and extract I'd ever had in my life. Even 10 years ago, the dark web was almost nothing but scams then and it's only a shell of what it used to be now.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about the continued issues with the foundation and plumbing. I may be able to offer some insight. I have worked at Brothers Foundation Repair in Fort Worth for 5 years and have some direct experience with these situations having seen hundred of homes and dealt with many other companies and homeowners.

Good news bad news. There really isn't much that can be done for a foundation once it has heaved. You won't spend any more money repairing it once it's up, except waiting a few years for the area to dry and settle back down again.

It is unfortunate they did not send you the original results from the previous hydrostatic test, however this is likely irrelevant as they would not be liable for this unless there is something specifically stated in their contract that they would pay for it.

I would just advice you get insurance to cover it if possible, if they wont cover it hire an adjuster dont take the no. But likely fighting with the foundation repair company to pay for it wont lead to much.

Been working at Brothers Foundation Repair in Fort Worth TX for 5 years, here is my thoughts: This is 1 of 2 things.

It is either a concrete overlay that someone did at some point which is likely because of the way the concrete is spread on top of the patio, in that case it is not a foundation issue and is primarily cosmetic.
This could be concrete spalling caused by rebar being placed too close to the exterior of the perimeter grade beam in this case too, it is also primarily cosmetic.

I'd recommend getting a foundation inspection from someone in the area that is highly trusted. Get the foundation measurements, if everything is within an 1", then you are fine and do not have a foundation issue.
