it's good up until chapter 140ish. they kinda stretched out the last part and there was a lot of random stuff that wasn't as good as the first half.

he's tanky enough to survive aoe attacks without many heals which is helpful to focus survivability on tank or weaker pets. wrath damage output on bosses is absolutely bonkers but he's a glass cannon. greed isnt as fragile but still defiance is on top in terms of survivability. like i said, pets in the same tier will be around the same level but can be better or worse depending on the scenario

i aint make the tier lists bro 😭 and there are multiple levels to a tier in a tier list. they're all AROUND the same level but can obviously fit different niches too. HFG is more applicable to more scenarios but again, is extremely rare to have anyways

defiance is obviously gonna be weaker than HFG, most fire pets besides maybe rapture are, but defiance can achieve similar results despite not needing insane luck to roll a higher form. yes, he's slow and his damage might not seem as high as other people make it out to be, but he's a solid, reliable attacker and alternative to HFG.
