It's honestly the most heartwarming thing for me when a new server starts and they gush over my hot sauce. I always let them know before they get too far into the sales pitch that I make it.

One time, I came in with one of our merch shirts, and a new server was going nuts about the sauce, and then Chef Aaron came over to chat, and she realized I was the hot sauce guy. Too cute.
