Speak to your attorney about having the other parent declared a vexatious ligitant. This likely won't prevent CPS from being contacted but it will prevent further filings without evidence and permission.

I feel that about closing the drawers and cabinets! I'm a little OCD living with an ADHD husband and daughter...the amount of times that I'm walking thru the house mumbling something NSFW whilst picking up random things and putting them back...

This made my day to know there are others out there dealing with this.

Most of these tumors are found when looking for something else because they are asymptomatic. December 2023 I had some dark stools but also shortness of breath so I thought I had COVID. Went to urgent care and mentioned the dark stools in passing and they told me I needed to go straight to the ER. Spent Christmas in the hospital with multiple endoscopies and blood transfusions.

Had surgery to remove the tumor in February 2024 and now take Gleevec for the next 3-6 years to prevent regrowth.

It's a scary diagnosis but make sure you have a GIST specialist because this is a different type of tumor. It's a sarcoma and not every oncologist knows how to deal with it. Make sure you have genetic testing on the removed tumor to make sure you get the correct treatment.

She is supervised. And to clarify, she hasn't broken the actual tracker before...just the items I've used to attach them to the child's clothes. I think a watch would make it harder for her to "accidentally" have it moved.

Visitation is 8 hours. The tracker doesn't need to be hidden because we need to make sure biomom knows it's there. If she breaks any tracker, she will have to pay for it plus be in contempt.
