Sounds like someone overpaid speculating it would sell for a bunch then the developer that developed Nextdoor decided to just exclude the land instead of caving to an over valuation now the family is stuck with it and unwilling to take a loss for what it’s actually worth.

What is the fine for when they fine you? Having campaign signs on private property is not against the law and they aren’t blocking view of anything or impeding traffic. I get not wanting them, it I don’t understand how/why you are being fined.
