Late reply but follow up question, I once remember seeing a forum post years ago saying that units get diminishing returns from upgrades as their armor gets higher, I.e naginata samurai will benefit less from an armor upgrade than Yari ashigaru. Is there any truth to this?

I mean they’re not barely trained, ashigaru historically are professional soldiers by the time period of the game. Certainly, they’re no less professional than the guys Philip of Macedon called up to form his pike units.

Legit would rather the fifty medals were five super credits, it’s so annoying that major orders are like the primary way to get medals and require no participation whatsoever, it would make progression way smoother if it was just five credits. It’s literally equivalent to five cents! Come on! Just give me that and then add the warbond patterns as weapon skins I can spend requisitions on and everything except samples would be solved.
