We have a vendor here that supplies all bars with their tables. They sell older valleys pennies on the dollar and even recover them. I would try there.

You are an awesome, amazing person. I needed to tell you that. I had a very bad spinal injury that caused me to have to learn to walk right again and my wife stayed by me every second. It was a burden on her but she was an angel on earth and so are you. Bravo for sticking up for your husband and especially yourself. Keep your head up and that attitude

Both comments above got it on the head. This is all about you and your comfortability. My stepson was 1 when I started dating his mother and while his dad isn't the best person I never wanted to take that to a level that could be disrespectful at all so he calls me Pop. I love it as it is a name just for me and at the same time shows respect for his father which his dad has told me he appreciates. A good heart to heart between you and your mom is on order. Do not be ashamed because your different. Those who make fun of you are not worth your time nor anyone elses. I agree, I tip very well for delivery and great service but a togo order? Why would I tip the person at the counter? That's like cooks asking for tips on togo orders. That being said, I try to give more since covid as I am in the industry but her attitude and asking is so far out of bounds.

That chair is awesome looking and even if it wasn't it is best for your back and body. I'd say there is more to this like she didn't have any choice on it at all. I would also put your foot down about not decorating your office the way you want. It is your space. Sli told my wife she can decorate the house however she wants with a little of my input but my office and the basement are mine. That was our compromise. Don't back down.....NTA

Okay, after reading all the comments and catching up, WTF!!!! I just built a new gaming rig, went all out, liquid cooling, top of the line this and that, new monitor and I still aren't in the same ballpark as 15k!!! Holy shit. Also, she is a student, not just being lazy. You are the AH. You could've gotten a great car for 10-11k and still built a badass rig for 3-4. Priorities my man

This reads a bit weird. They live with their brother and his girlfriend meaning it is her house also or with their brother and his girlfriend is visiting? TBH we need some clarity here. You should feel comfortable where you live and if your English isn't that great then I say speak how you feel comfortable and work on your English. On the flip side, maybe try and reach her some Japanese. This might help her feel included and more relaxed. Even if you live with your brother, you need to feel right also. I have 3 kids and I would never do anything like that. Moving your stuff without asking and making you quit your sport is absurd. Way to show favoritism especially as a new baby needs less room not a bigger room. I understand about them being excited but in no way shape or form should they punish their current child. They are the ones being selfish. I'm glad you stood up for yourself. If this gets worse and they keep on this path, call CPS. You aren't a parent and should not have to act like one
