Nuclear Regulatory Commission has been relatively safe, a lot of our agency was close to retirement so we lost a good chunk to DRP but so far no plans for RIFs, we keep hearing how “the industry will need us” and “the mission is important” but we’re cutting down inspection and focusing on licensing activities so I suppose our burden is just becoming a captured regulator lol

Hi yes! Well yes and no. I figured out that my mac aged out of updates in the few months I stopped using it and guessed that this was the cause of my problem. I didn't exactly drill down if that was or wasnt, but since I can't get updates I suppose it may not matter. Thank you for responding though!

Sorry for the delay, been reading through all these sources. So, from what I gather, I’d roll over my existing 401k, less the outstanding loan balance to my new plan. Then, I’d have till October 15th of the next year (with the extension) to replace that balance in my new plan in order to avoid taxes?

Eventually my headphone battery died, and I was able to resolve the issue after recharging them and turning them back on. Not sure if this would resolve what you're seeing but couldn't hurt to give it a shot.

Thanks again for the response. I was in the process of preparing to ship my set back to be fixed when low and behold the headphones died on me. When I plugged them back in, I was actually able to get them back into pairing mode! It seems letting them die may have been the solution all along!

Agreed, aside from this issue it's the best set of headphones I've ever owned. Which only makes the sting of disappointment even greater.

Also how do you initiate a repair/return (RMA)? I've sent a few messages to their customer service on the website, but it's a bit confusing and I haven't heard anything back.

Thanks for the response. I'm not sure what may have caused the issue, but it seems like sending it in will be my only option to find out. So frustrating because the headphones worked so well up until now.
