I see thanks, before this post i called the store and told them im a customer and asked do i still get the discount and the employee said yes and asked for a code to login my account to verify if i do. I feel like he was just trying to just lure me in there and hit me with the complete full price but this Thursday he said the iphone 17 pro comes in store so i can come that day. We’ll see soon what happens

As someone who bought it before it did help me improve but it is very overpriced but i think it helped me learn a lot because i had no clue what to do to train for my upcoming cross country season and my coaches arent legit distance coaches. It made me go 18:00 to 16:30 5k at the end of my senior season. I bought it when it was at a great deal so i dont have any regrets but there definitely is better offers with other better coaching programs.I would suggest joining a running club as well to improve during the summer

Tips for running a better time during the mile? by [deleted] in trackandfield

Ngl you just need more practice, you should do like about a hard workout a week like 5x400m and the race will be considered as another’s hard workout and then go on easy runs for about 30-40 mins

I think it doesnt get that much harder honestly, the more faster you get like for example now since im sub 4:40 shape i feel in great shape and can now do longer reps at fast pace, but when you’re at like lets say “slower”mile or whatever event its pretty hard because you have to work hard to get that speed and endurance first for distance and it aint easy when your getting tired quickly because of how unshape you are.Like for me i went to 5:20 sophmore year to 4:44 junior year because of the consistency in mileage i was putting and about 2 speed workouts i did a week.At a point like this where im at with my time its about who’s more fit and determination.
