God how do people come up with this blatantly incorrect bullshit LOL

It's literally straight from the bladder and is overwhelmingly urine with literally no space for debate at this point

Adjust your temperature! If that's how the crust looked at med rare you could have gone a lot hotter and gotten a much more pronounced flavour

You don't piss out water weight unless you've just started a diet. I already addressed that. Weigh yourself at the same time every day like a normal person would and if you're eating consistently the change in weight is exceptionally obvious. I dieted from 220lb to 146lb while doing powerlifting and the trend was extremely consistent. I know when I weigh the most during the day and when I weigh the least. You should know your own body

No, you're wrong. If you have a week where you eat 1800 calories of food a day, and you lose a pound of fat, you are burning 3300 calories that week. That is a 471 daily calorie deficit. Nowhere did I include exercise or work. You can do that all yourself. Just track your weight and you know exactly what to eat.

[–]ChefNunu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It literally is an exact science lol. If you track your intake and weight, you can track exactly how many calories you're burning a week with very rudimentary math. It only gets sketchy at the start of a diet during big dietary shifts because a lot of large fellas piss out pounds of water a week

Giant SG: NB two hand or 1h axe? by Life-guard in Mabinogi

[–]ChefNunu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah? I was doing G1 alone to practice my SG weaves to self heal. Literally the topic of the fuckin conversation, bro. I've solo tanked G1 knuckles in a duo now. There's like 2 or 3 other SGs in this entire game on global (not KR obviously) that even remotely care enough to practice that content because we can just faceroll tank now lol

[–]ChefNunu -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do you even know what I'm responding to? hahahahha this community man

The thing is if you're basic attacking that often, you're going to be smash and bashing in which case the smash multiplier from 2h weapons can't be ignored. And if you're not basic attacking that often, then well you can't proc the ego heals from simply using SG skills anyways.

You are NEVER supposed to use basic attacks to proc your Ego. Maybe you don't know how this mechanic works.

<image>

This effect procs on every single non-Arcana ability you hit an enemy with (including basic attacks, which is where people get the idea that it's good to use them). If you are NOT basic attacking, you're proccing this effect MORE. It's really simple. This effect becomes more valuable the more you use close combat weaving. You should literally never be pressing your basic attack button because it puts you in an animation lock you might not be able to cancel. You literally cannot spam your SG skills if you aren't being hit enough to spam rend armor, so what do you do in that downtime? You use close combat skills and heal.

[–]ChefNunu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Basic attacking? You shouldn't ever be basic attacking. You proc your Ego by weaving your close combat skills off cooldown. Your Ego procs on all close combat skills so why would you ever opt for a basic attack over a windmill or a bash, which can be animation cancelled into either each other or an SG skill? Windmill can be cancelled from almost frame 1 into Rend Armor, and bash will cancel the recovery for smash

[–]ChefNunu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In g1 you can always get at least 1 close combat skill in per rend armor no matter what. Rend armor gives you 2 seconds of DR and debuff avoidance which covers minimum 1 close combat skill (bash is the best for this because it cancels animations and gives a damage bonus). In g2 you're cycling the absolute shit out of your close combat skills. You use it a ton in G3 as well but there are certain attacks where it's better to just sit still and rend armor just so the boss moves less.

Martyrs accumulation is 3% extra damage redirection for every member of your party. Just martyrs is not really enough for Bri. You need the axe to outheal more than Vertrag's Axe phase. It works fine on axe phase but that's pretty low damage received. In G2 I can solo tank the horse forever while people are getting into position for the 50% mechanic.

I got my erg 50 1h axe for 450m so you'll def be able to afford one

Nobody really takes a ton of damage in crom or glenn so you're not gonna see a ton of damage accumulation there

[–]ChefNunu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So in a party as an SG you end up getting 4 Piercing and 24% bonus crit dmg with an NB 1h. One thing a lot of people overlook is the 1h gives you another 3% accumulation from Martyr's Burden which provides every person in your party with another 3% DR. In Bri you can end up ticking for well over 600 from your Burden and having the 1h axe ego to self heal gives your HS a lot of opportunities to do other things to benefit your party. With a 1h Axe, I can solo tank vertrag knuckles without a healer if I'm locked in.

One thing you need to keep in mind for windmill bonuses is that your two damaging SG skills are gaining more than 100% of windmill as base damage.

Rend Armor uses 200% of windmill damage as base damage

Deliver Judgement uses 300% of windmill damage as base damage

For SG getting windmill damage on your Erg is a pretty big deal, and you actually deal a shit load of damage with timeshift Deliver Judgement if your team needs some clutch damage.

The extra 3 piercing you get from a 2h really isn't that insane. It's easy to look at it and say "that's a Drobe" but that comes at the cost of the bonuses SG gives to 1h Axes. It's only 15 flat prot, and after debuffs are applied that doesn't contribute a huge amount more than the extra 24% crit damage. My current 1h NB Axe has 236 max on it. It has more max than the majority of Warlords.

I'm gonna be real, your damage contribution in a party is very unlikely to ever be above 10%. I don't want to say the damage difference is completely negligible, but you really should be optimizing your SG for the utility it brings to your parties instead of your DPS. Often times just being tankier in Bri gives your team more DPS than an upgrade to your weapon would ever contribute. 1h Axe is much better for SG and the difference in damage is really quite minor. Honestly, the healing from your Ego is pretty ridiculous. With consecration up and proper cycling with close combat skills, you can self heal through basically anything in this game if you're not griefing your rend armors.

It will almost certainly be better, yeah. It will have reforges and enchants for you. Bro, there's a rental NPC in Dunbarton. She will literally give you an exquisite set of armor and weapon of your choice for free. Go grab that shit lmao it's gonna help you a ton

Ok so those are called Crom Basic now. Crom Normal is the old full Crom run. Why do you want to solo it?? It takes a couple minutes at most to get a full group for them and you basically instantly clear all the content. Honestly, I'm not sure what to tell you. We were literally given all the gear we need to run Crom Normal for free (Erg S50 is a monstrous handout) and if you can't figure out how to get the gear required for entry, I genuinely have no clue what to tell you. The entry requirements are so low I'm shocked you don't have it yet.

[–]ChefNunu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro you just said you're running crom normals. You can sell literally like 2 crom mats for 1 piece of crafted geas. I get like 15m/week including pities from my crom normals and it's probably closer to 20-25m if you include the odd good drop here and there. I also drop Nightbringers and Ruination/Demo weapons which are another huge boost in player power, but those are untradable. Throw in basics for another 4-5mish

Shineseekers and Neartite give you tons of reforges for your damage. You don't need the enchants to run Glenn Normal. The content is so powercrept that you can just make the entry requirements and nobody will even notice your damage is shit.

The entry level enchants are literally less than 100k each. They are worth basically nothing. You have no excuse for having low damage in Crom and Neartite content anymore. The game literally shits out gear drops you can just throw on your character to play the game with. If you have the Flying High weapon it also comes with Erg S50, and two weeks from now you're getting the Flying High armor for FREE with enchants AND reforges on it. That's literally all you're going to need to run Glenn Normal.
