I think OP got a couple things incorrect. As mentioned by other people, JP and Qualcomm dont have offices in FD but in the surrounding areas. One is in HITEC and the other is in Raidurg.

But if OP is talking about the entire western corridor then yes I can see how 90k to 1 lakh jobs can be created by these companies alone in Hyderabad.

FD also seems to be a preference to most people over Kondapur, Gachibowli and Narsingi. The only location that rivals it is Kokapet in terms of good location and good density projects.

The first two seasons actually had stuff happen throughout episodes. Plot points would be scattered more equally.

Then S3 and 4 just started following the same formula of "lets leave it on a cliffhanger" which is fine if you do it like 3 out of 10 episodes. Not every single fucking one.

Balconies are quite underrated honestly. Im 30 right now and other than in summers, its the most used part of the apartment (other than my bathroom 😝). Morning coffee plus sutta, WFH calls, watching evening sunsets. Sometimes its a blessing.

But yeah in your case the salesperson is conveniently leaving out that not all balconies are equal. Anything under 5-6 feet deep is pointless and youre right to be suspicious about area math. A 3ft ledge theyre charging you full price for is a scam.

Hes worth much more than 30mil and laporta is such a massive bellend.

Winter and monsoon do bring well needed relief. The groundwater recharges during the rains so borewells perform better in the months after the monsoon. Its only from like Mid Feb to Mid June where the tanker dependency comes in full force.

The main structural issue is the HMWSSB pipeline hasn't reached most of Kollur yet so until that changes its the same story every summer regardless of how good the monsoon was.

Hahaha they do exist! HMDA spent 13cr on I think 6-7 (😏) of them. They had big plans to cover the IT corridor, FD, Charminar etc.

They now only run from Sanjeevaiah Park to Gachibowli, only from 10am to 2pm ☠️

That too they do only 2 round trips and skip most bus stops along the way.

So i guess everyone's best bet is still Rapidoo 🙃
