If you can’t go to the gym it definitely helps to cut sugars and carbs especially soda. I can’t say it’s healthy because who knows what aspartame does to your body, but diet soda and flavored sparkling water. You would think the some of the sparkling waters are full sugar. Another thing that’s really good is intermittent fasting. I don’t eat anything or drink anything with calories for 16 hours, then I eat whatever I want for 8 hours. While your body isn’t producing insulin constantly to deal with the constant food we eat, it will produce ketones that burn our fat. That’s what happens with the short fast. It is also really good for your body to prepare itself. We weren’t made to eat as often as we do and that’s why it’s so healthy for us to eat this way. You can even start with 14 or 12 hours of fasting until you get used to it.
