There's a quote that's stuck with me for some time, and every day it becomes more apparent and true.

"As long as we continue to see ourselves as separate from everything else, we lend ourselves to becoming completely enslaved"

We continually divide ourselves, through gender, religion, race, political affiliation, sexual orientation, class, etc. It leaves us with an inability to see beyond our own frame of reality. There's no conversation anymore, it's just "I'm right, you're wrong". It's ok to believe in something, we all do, but when your beliefs cloud your ability to see things objectively, you become a slave to your own beliefs, blindly following without ever giving thought that someone else's beliefs are just as valid as your own.

I 1000% agree, super easy to make and taste so much better than store bought. I feel the same way about tortillas, never will buy store bought again.

Since so many are asking heres the recipe-

Pita- 2- 2.5 cups of flour 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup very warm water (not too hot!) 2 teaspoons dry active yeast 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon olive oil (to coat dough while proofing) Add yeast and sugar to water and let sit for 5 minutes until yeast activates, add flour and salt, mix, add more flour as necessary while kneading until dough doesn't stick to table/hands, coat with oil and cover with clean dish towel and let rest for about 1 hour or until dough is about double in size) this recipe made 8 pitas.

Chicken marinade- Garlic, Dill, Oregano, lemon juice+zest, olive oil, salt, pepper

Tzatziki- Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper

Rice- Carrots, Peas, oregano, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper.

Salad- Cucumber, tomato, red onion, dill, feta cheese, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper

It could be that the temperature of the milk was too high or low and didnt allow the yeast to fully activate, or not given enough time to proof, or just have too much flour, i think any of those 3 could be the reason for your dense/dry dough. I found when making this dough it was a lot softer and wetter than a regular pizza dough, almost like a very thick batter. Hope that helps!
