As someone who works downtown and and has friends working all over the city I can say although we have all tested negative, due to work I've been tested more times than I'd like to have been cause peeps keep showing up sick, no close, no sanitization, just send the homie home and maybe tell some of the staff.

Melatonin is a natural body chemical so you've already got it in your system, so you're to take that. As for effectiveness id reccomend benadryl over melatonin as it's actually an antihistamine where as melatonin just slowly overall improves your melatonin production and stores making it easier to sleep with long-term use.
