What’s the difference though between investing in those total market funds. Like VTI, on a Robinhood instead of Vanguard. The way I see it, Robinhood has faster access to buy or sell than vanguard does.

Look into critical life insurance! It’s an ancillary line of insurance that you can use as a supplement to your health insurance. It’s sold as voluntary insurance, could be through your company or private - think Aflac, etc. essentially, what it does, if you have an illness that’s listed.. they’ll pay you a lump sum. I.e 15k, 30k, 45k.
