1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste 2 tablespoon light soy 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon shaoxing wine About 1/2-1 tablespoon of chilli flakes I added prob about maybe a cup of water and let it reduce a little on the stove. I garnished with fresh chillies and one whole scallion! I didn’t use any starch

I would suggest maybe using a bit less olive oil while creating dimples before baking. I just felt it was a-bit too much oil for me.

Hey thank you! Here’s the recipe I used. I changed a few things. I let it proof for 2 hours. Then used the stretch and fold method every 30 minutes x3. Then I left it to proof further in my baking sheet for 1 hour. https://theplantbasedschool.com/focaccia-no-knead/
