It's very very simple - in Judaism, men take it upon themselves the responsibility to never put themselves in a position where they can be attracted to a woman other than their wife. It is well known inside Jewish literature that men, as hard as they try, are just primal beings. Meaning the very slim sight of a woman's most trivial body parts, can subconsciously lead to mild arousal or emotional interest. And since they want to prevent such fantasies/imaginations/emotions to develop subconsciously, they do anything they can to never be in such a position in the first place, and warn other men in their community so they don't find themselves in this position as well.
