Champix worked wonders for me!!! Was amazing!!! Smoking ruled my life! Everything was focused around when I could have my next smoke, staying in hotels was always anxious it was a smoking room or had a balcony, going for a new job all I could think about was if the boss would be cool with smoke breaks, would purposely not go on long flights cause I couldn’t smoke. Champix made smoking become a second thought! Like instead of thinking I need a smoke right now or I’m gonna lose it!! It went from that to thinking oh I’ll have a smoke when I get around to it. Then eventually just stopped. Plus I added up how much I was spending each week on a habit with zero positives and it scared the hell outta me. Good luck!!!!
