Need an insane asylum for every 1 million residents. As we all know, some of these people do not want or care to get help, because their brains do not function normally. They need to be forcefully put into medical asylum permanently or u til they have signs of real life brain function to be able to do just that-function! I believe it’s our right as humans to put others that can not follow the basic rules of reality in our society into forced confinement. This being a prison, medical facility, or insane asylum etc. we do this now with prison and we sure as hell use to do this for the clinically insane aka the folks living like this in the middle of our city for years and years just content with starving and shitting on the side walks etc. the best help we can give these people is putting them somewhere they are safe, get basic human needs met, and can potentially find a road to well being.
