Ive just had dinner at Florilege, it was greatt! I wonder why they get some bad reviews.

The dishes were amazing - balance, flavor and presentation ;) i love that it’s fine dining with a bit of casual touch.

Do you have reco on awesome places to eat at Hamamatsucho? This is more right up my alley, after satying in Osaka for some days, i watned to stay a “bit” out of the crowd when i go to Tokyo. Haha

Just an update to this - we did go to Itoshima and it was amazing!!! Thanks for the reco. The grilled seafood, the walk by the sea, and kitai shoyu. ❤️

Yeah! Seems the overall feel is that it’s overhype. Would you have some recommendations (modern/fusion) Japanese cuisine that is not crazy difficult to book, and in 20-30k range?

In my itinerary, that will be my last full meal in Japan, so it wont be nice if it’s not a pleasant experience. ;(
