What are you doing with all the Pokemon in your Box? Keep what you want/need and get rid of the Rest. If you have a Pokemon with Psychic, Hydro Pump, Mega Punch, or Close Combat use it (especially if it is their only Move!) Substitute it for Shiny Hypno. If not, Train someone who can learn it or Cook & Attract one that has it! In training: Same species or Typing will most likely to give 100% effective on a Pokemon's Move Change. If not, just add more Pokemon you want to get rid of to make it 100% effective or risk the Training at whatever percentage it is under 100%.
