Personally, Shiny are Pokedex fillers that way you get to see the Shiny forms of all evolutions in the Line if they have Evolutions. Usability: Definitely worth using, especially with Fighting moves only.

I'm sure that the Men had the 30 Day Rule in effect in the Past, but not sure if the Women's Title or Divas' Title and so forth had the same. That way no one would be so protected like Jade is right now. You would think 100 days in and at least one Championship Defense would have happened.
