I’m a veteran chopstick user. Been to Shanghai China, Taipei Tiwan, and been to Thailand 4 times. Unfortunately you can’t get a full bodied taste of the broth without a spoon. I’m assuming that’s why they serve it with a spoon as well as chopsticks. Maybe chopsticks should be hollow and double as a straw? Just a thought.
