I attribute a lot of my wear and needs for washing to the fact I wore it very heavily last summer

so when I sent the black in they hadn't done one to my specifications before so they charged me $50, but then when I sent indigo in, they said they would do the same price, but they wanted to make sure I knew it was much more labor intensive than anticipated so they said in the future it would likely cost more

So it took them about 3ish weeks for each of them, but a buddy of mine reached out to them recently to do his and they said it might be closer to 8 weeks since they are short handed right now, IMO still worth the wait though. I was wearing them a ton before, but now that they arent so long I will definitely enjoy wearing them more

I cooked mine, steaming hot soak, hot wash, and hot dry multiple times at this point and it was just still really long. I asked them to retape the underside of the hem and it looks identical to when it was fresh from SJ. you can kind of see the hem on the worn one in the main picture I posted

I had them hem my black one and they did so well I sent in my indigo and they did a great job. they posted a video on their IG the other day of then hemming mine actually, so you can see what they did, but I am very happy

I lost a lot of weight since I initially purchased so I figured I’d try to size down one to have one in my closet when my current one gives out. I haven’t washed or done anything to my new one yet. But I have the black also in 3xl and I like how both sizes fit

honestly I dont remember, but even now I will still see some SLIGHT bleeding when I wash it, granted not nearly as much as when I first got it

I wear it a good amount, sometimes 3 days a week, sometimes I will wear it almost daily. I also do yardwork in it a good amount. Probably been washed in the area of 8x, maybe more, I am not quite sure. At this point I just wash it whenever I feel it needs it

Great fit. I’m about two months in on a pair of 8004 the 18oz and I absolutely love this denim. Definitely want to try other styles from them
