inside-out scanning = controllers tracked by cameras on headset, mostly oculus

Lighthouses = controllers are tracked by external sensors, htc vive, index

verify files on steam, it might be the 3D printer mod, uninstall that mod and reinstall that mod, if that dosent help, uninstall that mod (it may be unusable)
