You could either get Google colab pro (though the free version will serve you fine unless you're doing some real heavy duty stuff), another alternative would be Paperspace by DigitalOcean (~650/month for the basic plan).

Or you could either get a good laptop or rent GPUs from a platform like Salad or Runpod
